Scheduled based routing allows you to create rules to handle call-routing automatically. Let’s say your hours are 8AM-5PM. You can create a schedule that rings all phones when the business is open. When the business is closed you can have an auto-attendant answer the call – inform the caller of your business hours, present options such as “press 1 to be forwarded to our on call staff”, or to leave a message.
Auto Attendants give you the power to have calls routed exactly where they need to go. This feature allows you to program options for callers to select to be routed to the appropriate departments or phones. An example of this would be “Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Service”. Our system supports transferring straight to voicemail, off-system phone numbers, blind and warm transfers. Blind transfers are if you were to transfer the caller without notifying the person receiving the call, whereas warm transfers allow you to notify the person of the incoming call before completing the transfer.

Our systems support e-Faxing at no extra cost. eFaxing works by receiving and sending faxes as an E-Mail attachment, eliminating the need for additional lines for the occasional fax. With Multi-Site support, phones can be deployed to any office or home with broadband internet. This allows one phone system to be deployed in an infinite number of locations enabling simple extension dialing between sites, sharing the same phone number(s).
